Randy Immeker
What's in a name? When I was considering a name for our business, Compass and Lighthouse came to mean something. Compass, in my mind, has 2 meanings. First, DIRECTION. Information is everywhere and easily obtained, whether if be from some search engine like Google, or daily from CNBC. But there is so much information that it can be confusing and lead to inaction and less than adequate results. How do we narrow this information down to simple and direct results? Compass stands for DIRECTION; our firm will help give you direction, leading to a more fulfilling financial outcome. Secondly, a compass points to the true north. True North to us means truly knowing our clients and what their most important values and objectives are, so we can DIRECT their financial assets toward achieving those most important values and objectives. Lighthouse shines a light to help navigate around the dangers. Compass Lighthouse Capital, LLC will help our clients navigate around the dangers that are bound to present themselves from time to time. By eliminating or minimizing the dangers, we can help our clients reach their destination, while minimizing the stress and ultimately achieve peace of mind.
Randy grew up on a farm in South Dakota and later attended Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. He owned and operated a construction company for 11 years. He has been in the financial services business since 1982. A Certified Financial Planner since 2004, Randy also completed the requirements for the CLU and the Chartered Financial Consultant(ChFC) designations. Randy is married to Darlene and they have 2 children, Chris and Dan, and 6 grandchildren.

Chris J. Immeker
Chris is a native to Orange City, Iowa, and a graduate of Northwestern College. He holds the Series 7, Series 66, and Series 63 registrations and life insurance license. Chris has been helping individuals and businesses accumulate, protect, and distribute wealth since 2002. When Chris isn’t servicing his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Nichole, their three children Colby, Maya, and Eva, and their dog Russell. He is an active member of the community and serves on the hospital, chamber, and development corporation boards. Chris and his family have enjoyed the opportunity to be involved with such a wonderful community and are excited about the future of Orange City.
